This adapter mounted on a PCI slot bracket is a passive motherboard adapter with two external 26-pin. Mini

SAS connectors (SFF-8088) on the one side, and two internal 36-pin. Mini SAS connectors (SFF-8087) on the

other side. This adapter can be used in a PC case with PCI slots and works in both directions. The adapter is for

the construction of storage devices in short or tall cabinets, rack stations, external (SCSI) disk enclosures, server

blade racks ect. suitable.
